I grew up between China and Singapore before settling in Montreal, where I studied at McGill and continue to live and work. Moving across cultures has shaped how I see beauty — fluid and layered.

I’ve spent over 7 years at SSENSE, working across cultural content while refining and evolving my own aesthetic perspective.

How clothing and hair work together to create a visual language and express personal style has always fascinated me, and somewhere along the way, I decided to pursue hairdressing, to help people create styles that work with the way they dress, move, and carry themselves.

Currently working as an Emerging Hairstylist & Perm Specialist at Salon Freyja in Montreal.
